- How long does it take for my order to be confirmed and processed?
We will confirm your order within 1 working day, and you would receive a confirmation from our site. Shipping will be carried out within 3 working days or according to each product’s details (e.g. made to order products) after your purchase.
- Can I change my order?
As most of our pieces are one of a kind due to the nature of our brand, we do not encourage constant switching of orders. However, if the piece has not been shipped out, do contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or a send us a whatsapp message at +65 84179424.
- What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept all shopify payment methods such as Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. At the same time other payment methods are Paypal and Paynow QR checkout
- What currency will I be charged in?
Our store is listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and you will be only charged in SGD.
- Do you accept any split/instalment payment methods?
We currently do not but we are in talks with a few companies to bring that convenience to you!
- How long does it take for my order to be shipped out?
Shipping will be carried out within 3 working days from your purchase.
- Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within Singapore, as that is where we are based. But if you are interested and are from overseas, do contact us by email at email@example.com or a send us a whatsapp message at +65 84179424, and we will try our best to process your order.
- Do you accept returns?
As most of our pieces are one of a kind due to the nature of our brand, we do not encourage returns, but we do want you to love what you receive! Some of our items will have slight staining due to its age, even with the treatments we give it.
However if it is not up to standard, do contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, within 2 days of receiving your product, attached with images of the received product in its original packaging. We will get back to you within 3 working days on processing of the item.
- Are returns free?
Returns that are shipped back to us will be at your cost of courier or your choice of delivery.

We currently do not have a physical store but we do have our own studio. We are located at
